Grilled Chicken, Corn and Green Beans

Tasty, simple, healthful. Since no finished dish in Vine video.

Here’s a Cooking Lounge suggestion: cut the corn from the cob and toss with some herbs and olive oil as a bed for the chicken with the green beans on the side. Feeing creative, add more color to the tossed corn with diced tomatoes, sweet peppers or even black beans.

The trick with Potatoes au Gratin is thin, evenly sliced potatoes to layer. A traditional cheese sauce with bechamel can be a little work but you can improvise and get creative to find shortcuts to suit your taste. Topped with onions crisped a tad, adds another layer of flavor and texture to this classic dish that’s good to eat any time of the day.

ROASTED GARLIC
Golden brown, sweet roasted garlic kicks it up a notch.
Spread on crusty bread, chop and add to a sauce, puree for the perfect compliment to meat, mix with sour cream and fresh herbs for a robust dip.
Easy to have around all the time. So versatile.
Already using the oven? Slice off the tip of a garlic bulb or two, sprinkle on a little olive oil and sea salt, place in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes…until golden brown. Peel away the paper thin skin, ready to eat. Stores well in refrigerator.
